First time live shopper deposit

⭐️ The live schedule is Monday - Saturday Live times are announced on the day of the live. However, I am a pop-up live queen,so make sure your notifications are on to ensure you get first dibs on the goodies.

⭐️ New shoppers must send $15 ( minimum purchase requirement ) non refundable deposit via invoice.  Please send screenshot of deposit to Charm’d up by Kay messenger. Deposit doesn’t cover shipping or taxes on purchases

⭐️ If you are a new shopper and you do not pay your invoice you will be immediately blocked from the page and no longer able to shop via live. You will be able to shop online at www.charmdupbykay.com .

⭐ Payments are through my Shopify website. We accept Afterpay, Klarna, shop pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, google pay, debit and credit card. (No cash app, Zelle, or Venmo are accepted, only deposit sent via cash app accepted ). I will send a checkout link to your FB messenger after the live, you will enter your email and shipping address that way. You are responsible for putting all correct shipping and billing information during the time of checkout. We will not go in and update any information!

⭐ Invoices are to be paid immediately upon receipt. UNPAID INVOICE ARE CANCELLED 12 am (MIDNIGHT)  EST day of the live. I will not resend invoice if unpaid after claiming.

⭐️ ⭐For RETURNING customers: if you claim items and do not pay you will be asked to pay first time shoppers deposit. If not paid again you will be removed from shopping our lives.

⭐ Shipping ranges from $8-15. If you are in CA MIN shipping is $12. Any purchases made on or after Monday will not go out until the following week. If shopping day is being changed it will be announced. All order are recorded on phone or live to ensure how it was packed

⭐ Shipping is with USPS - we are not responsible for any damage that may occur from shipping. All packing is done on live or recorded so you see me package up your orders.
